ACP Electrical Pty Ltd was formed in November 1998 to provide service to the printing and pre-press markets.

In February 2001 ACP Electrical acquired Boilex Hot Water. Boilex is the Metropolitan Service Agent for the Birko range of food and drink heating equipment, not only boiling water units, chillers and filters but also urns, pie warmers and the famous food and drink heaters.

We can also service and repair all boiling water and drinking water systems from Billi, Boiling Billy, Tobin, Robotherm, Langco, Rheem, Whelan and Zip.

In 2003 Boilex Hot Water agreed terms with Whelan and are now metropolitan service agents for the Whelan range of equipment.

Our service vehicles are fully equipped with spare parts for all popular makes of equipment and our customers will have their service call attended to in 24hrs and without the need for a second visit to fit back-ordered parts.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our workmanship and the level of service provided.

Our premises in North Rocks combines an office and workshop. This makes our base close to the main business districts of Sydney, North Sydney, Chatswood, Parramatta, Bankstown and Hurstville, and we travel as far as Wollongong, The Blue Mountains, Campbelltown and the Central Coast.

Our workshop is well equipped for repairs, if required. All our records are computerised and we can provide reminders for periodic routine maintenance or filter changes.

In January 2005 we changed our trading name to Boilex "more than just boiling water " to better reflect the service we offer.

Because we have an electrical base we can also offer services such as

We have $20,000,000 Public Liability Insurance and are fully insured for Workers Compensation with QBE Insurance.
